NCCCP Program Advisory Committee (NPAC)The Director of the NCI appointed the NCCCP Program Advisory Committee (NPAC), the panel of experts that assisted with the establishment of initial milestones for the pilot and continues to provide technical support and expertise across all pilot components including:

- Clinical Trials
- Information Technology
- Biospecimens
- Survivorship
- Quality of Care
- Advocacy
- Communications
- Project Management (SAIC-Frederick, Inc.)
Led by the NCI Project Officer for the NCCCP, the technical experts of the NPAC represent multiple NCI offices, divisions, and supporting groups, including:
- Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD)
- Division of Cancer Control and Populations Sciences (DCCPS)
- Office of Biorepositories and Biospecimen Research (OBBR)
- Center for Bioinformatics (NCICB)
- Center to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities (CRCHD)
- Division of Cancer Prevention (DCP)
- Office of Communication and Education (OCE)
- Directors Consumer Liaison Group (DCLG)
NPAC advisors share their expertise directly with the pilot organizations by serving as representatives on the various subcommittees dedicated to the pilot activities.
