NCI Board of Scientific Advisors approves new community oncology program for 2014
June 2013

NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) will replace the institute's existing community-based programs (NCCCP and CCOP/MBCCOP) by integrating various components and building on their strengths.


NCI extends NCCCP funding through 2014
July 2012

NCI's decision to continue sponsoring this community-based program resulted in a limited competition among 30 NCCCP network hospitals. In July 2012, 21 of the community hospitals were awarded funds to continue program participation for two years.
